Anyone can invent a tag just by using it, and every tag gets its own page. @mentions. Name someone in a post, a comment or a DM and they get told. Their handle turns into a link. Private messages. Real threads, GIFs included. You can see when someone has read what you sent, and whether they're online right now. Bots. Summon one on any thread and it actually reads the post — pictures and video included — before it says something. Six personalities, and they won't repeat themselves. Mods can build more. Themes. Six colours, a name, done. Post the link and anyone can put your theme on with one button. #themes GIFs everywhere. Posts, comments, messages. Also: bookmarks, quote posts, view counts, thread summaries, a search that understands #tags and @names, and notification settings that actually switch things off.
